The work beyond the register.

Gokul ERP is our implementation and support offering around ERPNext. It is designed for teams that need purchasing, warehouse, and finance processes alongside the counter experience they use in Gokul POS.

Start with a defined ERP scope. The underlying software provides the building blocks; your company structure, data migration, user access, reporting, and training need their own setup and acceptance process.

What the modules cover

Inventory and warehouses

ERPNext documents warehouse records and stock entries for receiving, issuing, and moving items. Agree your stock units and location structure before migration. Warehouses · Stock entries

Suppliers and purchasing

Purchase orders can follow material requests or supplier quotations. Define the approval and receiving steps that your team will use. Purchase-order documentation

Accounting and reporting

ERPNext connects submitted transactions with accounting records. Configure accounts, opening balances, taxes, and reports with the people responsible for your books. Accounting documentation

Users and permissions

Role-based permissions provide a starting point for controlling access. Your rollout should test each team member's allowed actions and company context. Permission documentation

How it fits with Gokul POS

The ERP opens as a separate application. A link in the Gokul app collection helps you move between workspaces; it does not itself connect sales, stock, customers, or logins.

A proposed POS connector can use Frappe's documented REST API. We first agree which application owns each record, how stores map to companies and warehouses, and what happens when a transaction needs correction. The connector requires separate implementation and validation. Frappe API documentation.

ERPNext also has its own POS module. That native workflow is distinct from an integration with the Gokul POS demo. ERPNext POS overview.

What belongs in your quote

  • Named user seats, access roles, and included service coverage.
  • Companies, warehouses, modules, and accounting configuration.
  • Data cleanup, opening balances, imports, and verification.
  • Any Gokul POS connector or other third-party integrations.
  • Hosting, backup and restore arrangements, upgrades, and support.
  • Staff training, launch acceptance criteria, and handover documents.

Seat pricing and setup charges are confirmed through a custom quote. No payment or recurring subscription begins from this page.

Evaluate with sample data first.

A local ERP evaluation is separate from a hosted production rollout. Availability of the ERP launcher depends on the configured environment. A production address, live business data, and the Gokul POS connection are confirmed during implementation.
